This remote dragon is on the smaller side which is fine for small hands. There is some assembly - attaching front legs and tail - but it is pretty straightforward and easy to put them on. The controller on this one is simplified and easier for 3-4 year olds to use,nothing to program. When you turn on the controller it lights up at the eye position. The dragon has a rechargeable battery pack, the remote has 2 disposable batteries not included. All in all it is a fun little dragon. Would make a great dragon gift for kids 3 and up.

This is great. I might actually want one for myself. I had this out of the package and put together playing with it at my gfs house. Her five year old grandson (who previously told me his favorite things were dinosaurs and sharks) saw it was like "woah!". I chased him down with it while he giggled and then let him control it. Then I finally gave it up and said it was for him and he was so full of joy. What a great gift, but danger to dudes, you might want your own.
